Revised architectural plans were revealed for the redevelopment of 406-410 Keele Street, located on the southwest corner of Vine Avenue, at the third pre-hearing appeal session on 5 March 2019.
This redesign is currently being reviewed by planning staff and other city departments. The community will have an opportunity to provide comments on these revised plans.
When the staff report is written in a few months it will be on the Community Council agenda, seeking approval based on an agreement in principle for these revised plans, and then the public is welcome to attend and participate at this final stage.
Since a community consultation meeting is not being scheduled, we encourage you to review the various reports available on the city’s Development Application webpage at: http://app.toronto.ca/DevelopmentApplications/associatedApplicationsList.do?action=init&folderRsn=4204617&isCofASearch=false&isTlabSearch=false; and invite you to share your feedback with the planner, Elisabeth Silva-Stewart (Elisabeth.SilvaStewart@toronto.ca) and Councillor Gord Perks (email@example.com) at your earliest convenience.
