Another mega-redevelopment project in The Junction heritage area is proceeding before a heritage study that was approved by City Council in January 2018 commences.

In March 2019, an application for 2946 Dundas Street West, which includes street addresses from 2946 through 2968, was submitted for the assembly of Old Stonehenge properties located on the northeast corner of Pacific Avenue.  A pre-application meeting about the concept for this redevelopment project was held on 5 April 2018.

A nomination application to Designate the Rowntree building at 2946 Dundas Street West as an important heritage asset was submitted to Heritage Preservation Services (HPS) by The Junction HCD in December 2017.
